Refunds, Returns & The Occasional Plot Twist

At thefringeshop.com, we try to make ordering print the least stressful part of putting on a show. Sadly we can’t help with your tech rehearsal, but we can make sure your flyers and posters arrive exactly as they should.

Because everything we produce is custom-printed to order, here’s a quick guide to cancellations, refunds and what happens if something goes a little… off-script.

Changed your mind?

Fringe plans change — we get it.

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund minus a 10% admin fee (this simply covers the non-refundable payment charges and admin from when the order was placed).

If we’ve already started prepping artwork or printing, we unfortunately can’t cancel or refund the order — the presses will already be rolling.

If you think your plans might change, let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

If something goes wrong

We take a lot of care with every order, but if something isn’t right we’ll fix it quickly.

We’ll happily replace or refund your order if:


Just email hello@thefringeshop.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos so we can sort it out.

What we can’t refund

Because all print is made specifically for your show, we can’t offer refunds for:


(Sadly we also can’t refund if your show gets a two-star review.)

Delivery issues - Lost or Damaged in Transit

We package everything carefully so it arrives ready to help you plaster the Fringe with your show.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with:


We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Delivery issues - Loss or Damage After Delivery

If your order is delivered to a venue, accommodation, or other third-party location, our responsibility ends once the package has been signed for and accepted.

After that point, we unfortunately can’t be responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

If something goes missing after delivery, your best bet is to check with the venue, box office, or whoever signed for the parcel.
